Lisa & Diane Scalia, sisters and co-founders of Melting Pot Tour, are Los Angeles area natives and life long residents. Together, they have created a variety of offerings which reflect their passion for all things related to food and the culinary arts.
Lisa, a caterer, private tour guide, and resident expert on Los Angeles' diverse neighborhoods and communities, is sure she was born to lead culinary tours having always had an insatiable interest in food and travel and a great curiosity for what lurks around every corner.
Diane does a variety of things under the umbrella of a professional chef and writer with a cookbook to her credit, and has led food tours in places as far away as Montreal. She has also wrapped clever food twists around US and international sports on her radio talk show program, SportsBites; archived programs available for your listening pleasure.
